|Carlos Kizzee - Vice President, Intelligence, RH-ISAC|
With more than 35 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors security and privacy issues, Carlos Kizzee brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Retail & Hospitality ISAC as its vice president of intelligence. Before joining RH-ISAC, Carlos lead the Defense Security Information Exchange as executive director since 2015 where he guided the organization in its reorganization into the National Defense ISAC (ND-ISAC). Prior to that, Carlos served as the Center for Internet Security’s vice president for multi-sector initiatives and with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as the deputy director. He served in a number of other roles at DHS heading up strategic cyber Initiatives in critical infrastructure and protection.
Upon retirement from the Marine Corps, Carlos served as counsel for the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations. A graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy, Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a juris doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center, and a master of laws from the Judge Advocate General’s School of the Army at the University of Virginia’s School of Law.
As vice president of intelligence, Carlos Kizzee is responsible for developing intelligence strategies to continue the strong engagement of the RH-ISAC sharing community.
